As a native of Ontario, Evan Dowdell began tattooing in 2004 before opening Time Will Tell Tattoo. He is a classical animator turned tattooer who focuses primarily on illustrative, custom, large scale tattooing. Due to the volume of emails he receives and the current length of his wait time, he is very selective of projects he takes on.
